Microsoft Corp. has a problem on its hand with the latest update for Windows 10: The software giant telling consumers not to update their operating system just yet.
In a blog post, Microsoft said it is deploying an update that blocks the Creators Update as it works through feedback it has received since rolling out the update two weeks ago. “Blocking availability of the update to devices we know will experience issues is a key aspect of our controlled rollout approach,” wrote Microsoft in the post. “We decide what to block based on user impact, and blocking issues are a high priority for us to address as quickly as possible. During the time it takes to address an issue, we want to limit the number of customers exposed to that issue.”
