1) It is my understanding that Adobe plans to DEactivate the direct download links. They worked for me this morning, albeit it took a LONG time for the download to complete. If you find that the above links aren't working for you, you should download fromhttps://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/;
please be sure to UNcheck any pre-checked offers (e.g., McAfee Security Scan, Google Chrome/Toolbar) unless you actually want these [unrelated] products on your system.

2) As of this moment, it appears that the embedded Flash ActiveX for Edge in Win10 remains at 20.0.0.272.
