DCF.Branding.dll flagged as a virus (Dell Foundation Services) on new XPS 8900

I have a 1 month old Dell XPS 8900 and my Avira virus scan flagged Dell Foundation Services as a virus.  It came pre-installed with Windows 10 and Dell Foundation Services.

Specifically:

C:\Program Files\Dell\Dell Foundation Services\DCF.Branding.dll

[DETECTION] Contains suspicious code HEUR/APC (Cloud)
[WARNING] The file could not be copied to quarantine!
[WARNING] Error in ARK library
[NOTE] The file is scheduled for deleting after reboot.
[NOTE] It is recommended to restart your computer in order to finish the repair.

Has anyone else experienced this?  Shall I just let Avira delete this dll?  Will that break the application?  Should I uninstall Dell Foundation Services?  What does Dell Foundation Services do?  Is it needed?  Thanks
