I don't use Firefox completely, because it doesn't display my Favorites where I want, which is on the far left side. This is happening on my older computer. The sites that are unhappy with that arrangement I access via Firefox. I am on a new "discussion" site, where we talk about all kinds of stuff...even politics, and access it via Firefox.
The last few days I have been getting mini-popup pages asking me to participate in a "survey" Yesterday it was Century Link, which is my provider, and the link included my ISP address. Today I got that one again and one from Amazon. Went immediately to Task Manager to get rid of them without touching anything else..
Several scans, including MBAM, turned up nothing. Is Ad Block Plus compatible with Firefox, or is there something else I can try. Get lots of when going to You Tube via Firefox. Thanks again....
